Mark and Carolyn Adams Family
This is a wonderful family who came back for a second year in a row for my mini sessions in Vegas. They were just as good looking and fun to work with as last year. Mark and Carolyn are such a cute couple and their boys are just good kids.
I always try to bring a few jokes out of my pocket to get the boys to smile, and this year I realized just how bad my jokes are. I always tell my subjects that I never promised a good joke, just a joke. Most of the time they smile simply because of how awkward I am when delivering it. I am always so glad that they are good sports about it. I'm well aware that the last thing boys and men want to do is to take family pictures.
I truly do feel honored when people choose to work with me again. Year after year I try to improve my skills as a photographer. I do research on poses, lighting, landscapes and much more. I love having it as a creative outlet and something to stretch me. I love the people I am able to interact with and meet. I always come away wanting to be better and do better.
Working with the Adams was a true pleasure. They are a family full of goodness and love. I am excited to see where life takes them. Hopefully I can take more pictures for them along the way.
